Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) conducted in Lamka areas

Zogam.com, 14 August 2017 | Early this morning at around 4:30am to 6:40am, Cordon and Search Operation (CASO) was conducted at Khumujamba leikai. CASO is a drive to check any suspicious person or any UG element in the locality. Altogether 314 men were verified, out of which 4 were taken to Churachandpur District Police Station for futher verification.

Simillar operation was conducted at Thingkangphai in yesterday's morning. About 200 persons were verified and all were able to produced valid documents and no supsicious person was detained from the locality.

The CASO was lead by Additional SP, SDPO CCP, SDPO Thanlon and Women Police.
